Who is responsible
This website is operated by Jagric Consulting. If you have a question about your data, use the contact form on the home page and your request will reach me directly.
What this website collects
Browsing this site does not set tracking cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Your choice of light or dark display and your language are the only things remembered, and only in your own browser. Like every web server, the hosting provider briefly records technical data such as your IP address and the time of the request, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
The contact form
If you send the contact form, I receive the details you enter: your name, your business and its type, your message, your email address and, if you add it, your phone number. If you built an agent crew on this site first, the agents you chose are sent with the form so I can prepare for our conversation. I use these details only to reply to you and to prepare an offer. The legal basis is your request and your consent when you send the form, and my interest in answering business enquiries.
How long it is kept
If we do not start working together, your details are deleted within 90 days after our last contact, or earlier when you ask. If we do work together, they are kept for as long as the work and the law require, including invoicing and accounting rules.
Who receives it
Your details are processed by the services needed to run this site and to deliver your message to me, such as the hosting and email providers. They process data on my behalf under written agreements. I do not sell your data and I do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy of it. You may object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Clients
When I run AI employees for a client, I process the client's data on the client's behalf, under a separate written data-processing agreement. Those terms apply to client work instead of this page.
